Minneapolis, Minn., May 12, 2016 – IMRIS, Deerfield Imaging, the global leader in intraoperative imaging, today announces a new department, the Office of the Customer reporting directly to Andrew Flanagan, President and CEO. The Office of the Customer has responsibility for customer satisfaction, excellence in clinical outcomes and value achievement across the entire IMRIS global community.
With over 80 hospitals in 12 countries, IMRIS has developed significant expertise in neurosurgery operating rooms and regularly assists customers in efforts to continually improve operations, throughput and better patient outcomes.

The new department will include the existing clinical practice and technology practice, as well as the addition of two new groups – value architecture and account management. The group will be led by Carl Denys, Senior Vice President, Office of the Customer.
