Intraoperative Coils

IMRIS coils are specifically designed for the intraoperative environment of VISIUS Surgical Theatre, delivering intraoperative MR images with exquisite image quality.  Enhanced signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) can be achieved by the ability to position the flexible posterior and anterior coil elements close to the anatomy – independent of the angle of the head fixation device.

The flexible two-piece design is easy to use and provides full surgical access and enhanced patient comfort.  The posterior section can be left in position throughout the surgery.  Anterior section can be easily positioned and removed at any time, streamlining the transitions between surgery and imaging.
