Intraoperative imaging with diagnostic imaging quality
In addition to providing high quality images, IMRIS' 16-channel cardiac coil is designed to ease patient positioning and enable efficient transitions between modalities.
For MR imaging, the posterior coil slides into a rigid MR-compatible radiolucent housing underneath the mattress. The flexible anterior coil, which accommodates a wide range of patient sizes, is positioned on the chest. Both coil sections can be easily removed from the table prior to the transition to intervention without moving the patient.
